Accessing personal settings
Go to Settings in the sidebar. The Personal Info section is the first tab and is accessible to all roles including Department Managers.

| Full name | Your display name shown to teammates in Chat, Tasks, and throughout the app |
| Email | Your login email address |
| Avatar | Your profile photo — shown in chat messages, the DM list, and channel member previews |
Updating your avatar
Click the avatar area to upload a new photo. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP. The image is cropped to a circle automatically.
To remove your current avatar, click Remove photo. Your initials will be shown as a colored circle instead.
Changing your name
Update your full name and click Save. The change is reflected immediately across Chat, Tasks, and other collaborative features.
Use your real name so teammates can recognize you in chat and task assignments.
