Company Management Overview

Navigate to Companies to view and manage all your company profiles. Each company can have its own jobs, branding, and settings.

Adding a New Company

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Navigate to Companies: Go to your companies dashboard
  2. Click “Add a company”: Start the creation process
  3. Fill in Required Information:
Company Name: Add the official company name
  • This appears on all job postings
  • Used in candidate communications
  • Can be edited later if needed
Domain Setup: Enter the company website domain
  • Links your jobs to the company
  • Creates branded application pages
  • Format: example.com (without http://)

Managing Existing Companies

Editing Company Information

Click the “Edit” button on any company to modify:
  • Company Status: Toggle between Active/Inactive
    • Inactive status is for organization only
    • Does not affect published jobs
    • Helps you organize multiple companies
  • Company Details: Update name, logo, or domain
  • Branding Elements: Modify visual appearance

Company Status Management

Company status (Active/Inactive) is purely organizational and doesn’t affect job functionality. It’s designed to help you organize multiple companies in your dashboard.

Employer: My Company Feature

For direct employers managing their own company:

Accessing My Company

  1. From Home Page: Navigate to “My Company” section
  2. Edit Company Profile: Click to modify your company information

Available Actions

Update Company Name

Change your company’s display name across all job postings

Change Logo

Upload a new company logo for better brand recognition

Deleting Companies

Deleting a company will remove all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Deletion Process

  1. Locate Company: Find the company you want to delete
  2. Click Three Dots Menu: Access additional options
  3. Select “Delete”: Confirm the deletion
What Gets Deleted:
  • Company profile and branding
  • Associated job postings
  • Application tracking for that company
  • Candidate data linked to company jobs

Consistent Branding: Ensure each company has a clear, professional logo and accurate domain information for better candidate experience.
Organization: Use the Active/Inactive status to organize seasonal companies or temporarily paused brands.
Domain Accuracy: Double-check company domains as they affect job application branding and candidate trust.
