Analytics is available on Pro and higher plans.

Overview

The Analytics dashboard gives you a data-driven view of your entire recruiting operation. Use it to understand where your best candidates come from, how fast you’re hiring, and where candidates are dropping out of your pipeline.

Key metrics

Total Applications

Total number of applications received across all active and inactive jobs.

Hired

Number of candidates who reached the Hired stage.

Time to Hire

Average number of days from application to hire across completed placements.

Active Jobs

Current count of jobs accepting applications.

Source performance

The source breakdown shows which platforms are delivering the most candidates and — more importantly — the best candidates. For each source you’ll see:
  • Total applications received
  • Hired count — how many reached Hired status
  • Conversion rate — hired ÷ applications
Use this to double down on high-performing sources and cut spend on channels that don’t convert.
Always add sources when creating a job (LinkedIn, Indeed, referral, etc.) so your analytics data is meaningful from day one.

Pipeline funnel

The pipeline chart shows how candidates move (or drop) through your hiring stages:
Applied → Reviewing → Interview → Offer → Hired
A large drop between any two stages is a signal to investigate — maybe your screening criteria are too strict, or there’s a delay in scheduling.

Time-to-hire trend

Track whether your hiring speed is improving over time. Spikes often correlate with hard-to-fill roles or understaffed recruiting periods.

Data freshness

Analytics data updates in real time as candidates move through your pipeline. There is no need to refresh manually.
