Setup Your Recruitment Process

Follow these simple steps to start managing your hiring process with Hirempire.

Step 1: Create Your Company Profile

Navigate to Companies and click “Add a company”Required Information:
  • Company logo (mandatory for recognition)
  • Company name
  • Company domain (this links your jobs and creates branded application pages)
For employers, you can edit your company profile from the home page under “My Company”
  • Update company name
  • Change company logo
  • Manage company status (Active/Inactive)

Step 2: Post Your First Job

Go to Post a new job and fill in:
  1. Position title - Be clear and specific
  2. Department - Choose from available options
  3. Location - Country, region, or “Worldwide”
  4. Salary - Exact amount, range, or leave confidential
  5. Job type - Remote, Hybrid, or On-site
  6. Job description - Will be auto-formatted with headers
  7. Source platforms - Comma-separated list for tracking
  8. Special questions - Optional additional screening questions
After creating your job, you’ll receive trackable URLs for each platform you specified
  • Share different URLs on different platforms
  • Track which sources bring the best candidates
  • Monitor application sources in real-time

Step 3: Set Up Automation

Navigate to Auto Follow-ups
  1. Add your calendar link (e.g., Calendly URL)
  2. Click “Activate”
  3. Candidates will automatically receive:
    • Acceptance emails with interview booking links
    • Professional rejection emails

Pro Tips for Success

Job Posting Best Practice: Use specific job titles and comprehensive descriptions. The clearer your posting, the better quality candidates you’ll attract.
Source Tracking: Always specify your posting sources (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to track which platforms work best for your roles.
Status Management: Only active jobs accept applications. Remember to activate/deactivate jobs based on your hiring needs.
Plan Limits: Keep track of your active job limits based on your subscription plan. You can have unlimited total jobs, but only a certain number can be active at once.
