1. Create your account

Go to app.hirempire.com and sign up. After confirming your email you’ll land in your workspace dashboard.
If you were invited by a teammate, use the invite link from your email — it will automatically join you to the right workspace.

2. Set up your company

Go to Companies in the sidebar

Click Companies in the left sidebar to open the companies page.

Click 'New Company'

Fill in your company name, upload a logo, select your industry and size, and optionally add your website, LinkedIn URL, and location. This information appears on your public job listings and application pages.

Configure your culture page (optional)

From the company card, click Culture to add a culture description, team photos, and testimonials. This appears on your public career page to attract candidates.

3. Post your first job

Click 'Jobs' in the sidebar

Then click New Job in the top right.

Use the AI Job Wizard

Hirempire’s AI wizard guides you through the job creation process conversationally — it asks for the role, department, location, salary, and generates a full job description automatically.

Add application sources

Enter the platforms where you’ll share the job (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed). Each source gets a unique tracking URL so you can measure where your best candidates come from.

Set the job to Active

Only active jobs accept applications. Toggle the status when you’re ready to go live.
After saving, click Application URLs on the job card to copy source-specific links. Share them on your chosen platforms.
Each source URL is unique — candidates who apply through different links are automatically tagged by source so you can track performance.

5. Manage incoming candidates

Applications appear under Talents in the sidebar. You’ll see a Kanban board with columns for each stage of your pipeline (New, Reviewing, Interview, Offer, Hired, Rejected).
  • Drag cards between stages to update status
  • Click any candidate to view their CV, answers, and AI screening score
  • Use the CV Bank to store candidates who aren’t right for the current role but might be great later

6. Invite your team (optional)

Go to Settings → Members to invite colleagues. Assign roles:
