- Location - Country, region, or “Worldwide”
- Salary - Exact amount, range, or leave confidential
- Job type - Remote, Hybrid, or On-site
- Job description - Will be auto-formatted with headers
- Source platforms - Comma-separated list for tracking
- Special questions - Optional additional screening questions
