Calendar Integration Overview
Hirempire allows applicants to book interviews directly on your calendar after they pass screening stages. By connecting your Cal.com account, you enable:- Automatic interview booking links in candidate emails
- Real-time availability from your calendar
- Seamless scheduling without back-and-forth emails
- A professional booking experience for applicants
Integration Flow
Follow these simple steps to connect Cal.com with Hirempire.Step 1 — Connect Your Cal.com Account
- Go to: My Calendar
- Click Connect Cal.com
- You will be redirected to Cal.com to authenticate
- Approve access for Hirempire
Step 2 — Choose the Event Type
Once you return to Hirempire:- You will see all your Cal.com event types (e.g., 15-min call, 30-min interview, HR screening)
- Select the event you want applicants to book
- This event will be used in all interview booking emails
Step 3 — Choose Your Hirempire Scheduling Username
You will be prompted to choose a Hirempire scheduling username. This creates your public scheduling link inside Hirempire, such as:https://hirempire.com/meet?id=your-username
Applicants will use this link (connected to your Cal.com event) to book interviews.
Availability: Hirempire allows candidates to book time slots up to one week in advance only.

- Disconnect your calendar
- Click Connect Cal.com
- Authenticate again
