Cal.com (Calendar & Scheduling)

Hirempire integrates with Cal.com to bring your scheduled interviews and meetings into the platform.

Connecting Cal.com

Go to Settings → Integrations

Open Settings from the sidebar and click Integrations.

Click Connect Cal.com

Click the Connect button under the Cal.com section.

Authorize access

You’ll be redirected to Cal.com to authorize Hirempire. Log in to your Cal.com account and approve the connection.

Done

You’re connected. New meetings booked through your Cal.com scheduling page will appear in Hirempire’s Meetings page automatically.

What syncs

Once connected, Hirempire pulls:
  • All meetings booked via your Cal.com scheduling links
  • Attendee name, email, and timezone
  • Meeting time, duration, and video conferencing link
  • Meeting status (upcoming / completed)

Disconnecting

To disconnect Cal.com, click Disconnect in the Integrations settings. Existing meeting records are retained in Hirempire but no new meetings will sync.
