# Members & Roles

> Invite your team and control access with role-based permissions

## Inviting team members

Go to **Settings → Members** and click **Invite Member**. Enter their email address and select a role. They'll receive an invitation email with a link to join the workspace.

  Invited members must sign up (or log in) with the email address you used for the invitation. The link expires after 7 days.

## Roles

Hirempire has four roles with different levels of access:

    Full access to everything. Can manage billing, delete the workspace, and change other members' roles. There can only be one owner per workspace.

    **Access:** All pages, billing, workspace settings, member management.

    Full access except billing and workspace deletion. Can manage team members and all recruiting operations.

    **Access:** All pages except subscription/billing management.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion icon="user" title="Member">
    Standard recruiter access. Can manage jobs, candidates, and use collaboration features.

    **Access:** Jobs, Talents, CV Bank, Chat, Tasks, Inbox, Meetings, Referrals.

    **No access:** Analytics, Companies settings, Subscription, Tokens.

  <Accordion icon="building" title="Department Manager">
    Limited access designed for hiring managers who need to submit requests and attend interviews without full recruiter access.

    **Access:** Dashboard, Requisitions, Meetings, Chat, Tasks, Personal settings only.

    **No access:** Jobs, Talents, CV Bank, Analytics, Companies, Subscription.

## Changing a member's role

From the Members settings page, click the role dropdown next to any member to change their role. Changes take effect immediately.

## Removing a member

Click the three-dot menu next to a member and select **Remove**. They will immediately lose access to the workspace. Their past activity (messages, tasks, etc.) is retained.

## Pending invitations

Invitations that haven't been accepted yet appear in a separate "Pending" section. You can resend or cancel pending invitations from there.
