# Hirempire MCP

> Connect Claude AI to your Hirempire workspace for AI-powered recruiting actions

## What is the MCP Server?

The Hirempire MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server lets you connect Claude AI directly to your Hirempire workspace. Once connected, you can use Claude to query your candidates, manage jobs, and get AI-powered insights — all through natural language conversation.

## Why use it?

Instead of switching between Hirempire and another tool, you can do recruiting work right in Claude:

* "Show me all candidates for the Senior Developer role"
* "What's the status of Ahmed's application?"
* "How many applications did we receive this week?"
* "Draft a rejection email for the three candidates in the Reviewing stage"
