# Referrals

> Drive candidate referrals through your public referral program

## Overview

The Referrals feature lets you run a structured candidate referral program. Share a unique referral link and anyone who submits a candidate through it is tracked as a referrer. It's a simple way to tap into your network and your team's networks for sourcing.

## How it works

1. Navigate to **Referrals** in the sidebar
2. Copy your referral link or share via the share options
3. Anyone who visits the link sees your open jobs and can refer a candidate
4. Referrals are tracked and attributed to the referrer automatically

## Referral tracking

Each referral submission records:

* The referred candidate's details
* The job they were referred for
* The referrer's identity (if they submitted their info)

You can see all referrals in the Referrals dashboard, including their current pipeline status.

## Sharing your referral link

Share your referral link anywhere:

* In email signatures
* On LinkedIn posts
* In team Slack or chat messages
* On your company careers page

  Ask your existing employees to share the link in their networks — employee referrals consistently produce higher-quality hires than most job boards.
